Leadership One On One - Intro

It has been some time now that I felt I should communicate with my staff and my friends in ministry, in a more personal and meaningful way. Welcome to "Leadership - One On One." Through these series of videos, I hope to encourage, advise and teach as many of you who care to follow me. Forgive the quality of production for now. It will get better.
