Welcome to a brand new year! Welcome to the Year of Refreshing! Welcome to 2016! The directive for this year came from this Scripture in Isaiah 28:11-12.

11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. 12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.
Corporate Vision for the Next Ten Years

At our inaugural B.U.I.L.D. Eagle's Nest Leadership Summit at the Silver Lake Wesleyan Camp, our founding pastor, Raymond Grant, cast a vision for our church called, "The Next Ten Years."
We bagan the summit with a clear definition of who we are as a church and the nature of our DNA. We are a mega church! That is our DNA. As a Canadian mega church, we are destined to be a 500 member congregation or greater. With this in mind, we evaluated where we are, what barriers we need to hurdle or break through and what our congregation should look like ten years from now.
We concluded by projecting our growth to be 2,400 members/congregants by the year 2024. With God, all things are possible to them that believe! Believe then and expect miracles!

A vision without a plan is doomed to fail. What is our plan? Well first... here is our goal. Our goal is to beat the average(s), specifcally:

180 - the mathematical average size of churches in Canada

200 - the international standard for barrier to mega growth

350 - the average for attraction to large churches in Canada

500 - mega church status in Canada

5,000 - largest churches in Canada

to be the largest and fastest growing church in Canada
