A vision without a plan is doomed to fail. What is our plan? Well first... here is our goal. Our goal is to beat the average(s), specifically:

• 075 - the sequential average size of churches in Canada

• 095 - our current weekly average at Bibleway

• 180 - the mathematical average size of churches in Canada

• 200 - the international standard for barrier to mega growth

• 350 - the average for attraction to large churches in Canada

• 500 - mega church status in Canada

• 5,000 - largest churches in Canada

• to be the largest and fastest growing church in Canada

How will we get there?

1. We will humble ourselves and pray and seek God's face or favor.

2. Secondly, we will afflict ourselves with fasting by denying ourselves pleasure for a time.

3. Thirdly, we will employ a two pronged approach to evangelism:

   1. In-REACH

      1. Our In-REACH will be to our members and faithful attenders, encouraging us all to be faithful each week to attending Bibleway. The office staff and attending congregants will encourage one another to be faithful each week. This way we can maximize the resources we already have based on our phone list. Maximum reach would be 140.

   2. Out-REACH

      1. Our Out-REACH will be to our friends and family who do not attend any church or who do not attend Bibleway. We will invite them to participate in our annual Friend Day on Easter Sunday. Sunday School will play an integral part in our Out-REACH as we achieve our Easter Sunday goal of 200.

4. Tracking our progress will be key to this process.Graphs tracking our progress and our average, have been added to this page, so that this progress can be seen as a source of encouragement by all involved.
